Hey, I’m Phillip. I spent over 7 years hauling junk before I figured out the business side of things.
When I started, I had no idea what I was doing. I underpriced jobs like everybody else. I thought SEO was some gimmick that marketing companies made up to charge you money. I didn’t have a system—I was just relying on word of mouth and hoping my phone would ring.
I started the way most of you probably did. I bought a single-axle trailer off some landscaper who was retiring—found it on Facebook Marketplace for $2,000. Before that, I was DoorDashing and working construction just to save up enough for a $2,500 pickup truck. Also on Facebook. Filed my LLC and said, “Alright, let’s do this.”
I thought Google Ads was the answer. And yeah, they worked—but I was bleeding money on ads because I didn’t understand the importance of organic traffic, GMB optimization, or having actual systems in place.
Eventually, I figured it out. And once I did, everything changed.
Now I help junk removal guys avoid the mistakes I made and actually build businesses that scale.
